Our Wellspent program enables employers to determine what they spend on health benefits by allocating pre-tax dollars to a special account. Their employees then decide how to spend their health dollars. They, and their health professionals, decide what products and services are appropriate, not the claims processing department of an Insurer. Employees can now be proactive with their health care. They may choose to manage their back pain through professional massage therapy or learn how to avoid repetitive strain injuries through physiotherapy.
