your costs by specifying your annual contribution amount. You then allocate these pre-tax dollars
to a special account and the employee decides how to spend their health money. They, and their
health professionals, determine what products and services are appropriate, not the claims
processing department of an Insurer.

information to assist employees in making healthy
lifestyle decisions. Employees are accountable for
