Our core service is administering employee-directed health plans. An employer allocates
pre-tax dollars to a special account and the employee decides how to spend their health money.
They, and their health professionals, determine what products and services are
appropriate, not the claims processing department of an Insurer.
Additional programs provide health management information to assist employees in making
healthy lifestyle decisions. Employees are accountable for their health. Being at work and
